Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman had a period to forget on Tuesday night against the Calgary Flames.
Following a whistle just over halfway through the opening frame, a scrum ensued in front of the Flames' net. Hartman comes in and slashes Flames defenceman Rasmus Andersson right in the hand. After that, Hartman sucker-punched Flames forward Trevor Lewis.
Hartman was given a two-minute minor for slashing and two-minute minor for cross-checking on the play.
