It was reported in the last few minutes that the Coyotes have put two players on waivers with the purpose of buying them out.
Arizona Buys Out Two Players
According to Chris Johnston, the Coyotes have placed Zack Kassian and Patrik Nemeth on waivers.
"Zack Kassian (ARI) and Patrik Nemeth (ARI) have been placed on unconditional waivers for the purpose of a buyout."
The two players together use around $6M on the cap and the Coyotes want to get rid of those contracts.
