Viral Video Has Fans Showing Concern
Milan Lucic is a well-known and beloved figure in the hockey community. His leadership on and off the ice has helped him garner much respect throughout the NHL. While he is far from the 30-goal scorer he used to be, he is still quite respectable.
This offseason, he returned to the Boston Bruins, the team he helped lead to a Stanley Cup in 2011.
The Bruins posted a video of Lucic walking around Boston and it has fans concerned due to his poor posture and hunched back.

Lucic's History
Lucic has spoken about his posture in the past and provided insight onto what affects and why his posture is so poor.
"When I was 15, my mom noticed I couldn't straighten up. My back, it was crooked. Doctors did some tests and told me I had something called Scheuermann's disease. They tell me it's a condition that, while painless, causes the upper back to curve."
Scheuermann's disease has a multitude of effects that includes poor posture, back spasms, stiffness, and pain when twisting.
It is truly an inspiration to see Lucic make the NHL while dealing with Scheuermann's disease given how it would end many kid's NHL dreams.
