Alex Stalock has reached a one-year deal, valued at $800,000, with the Anaheim Ducks.

Stalock, 36, has played in 179 NHL games over the course of 11 years.
He has earned both the respect and admiration of fans.

Stalock's Journey
He missed the entire 2020-21 season due to myocarditis, a condition related to complications from COVID-19.
Last season, he played 27 games for the Chicago Blackhawks, posting a 9-15-2 record with a .908 save percentage and a 3.01 goals-against average.
He was also nominated for the Bill Masterton Trophy last year.
