Mullet Arena Blueprint
Frank Ferrara was the man in charge of the development of Arizona State's brand-new Mullet Arena, where the Coyotes have been playing their regular season games until they find a permanent home. Now, Ferrara is working on a new project, just north of Atlanta.

The Gathering in Atlanda
The Gathering at South Forsyth is an ambitious mixed-use development that will include a pro-sized arena as its centrepiece. While there is no NHL team set to come back to Atlanta, it is an obvious option for some in the industry if the NHL ever did want to bring a team back to the City.

While Atlanta's previous experience as an NHL city fell through, some believe that this location could be different. Away from downtown traffic, the Gathering is located in one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in the United States.
