What do you do when the score is being run up in a hockey game and you're getting bored? For these people, start throwing punches seems to be the answer.
Fan Fight
As the Vancouver Canucks were busy beating up on the Edmonton Oilers on the scoreboard last night, fans of both teams got to beating each other up in the stand. Video posted to X shows two people - one in an Edmonton sweater, the other in a Canucks' one - exchanging words in the stands. It then appears that a third person throws a punch at the person in the Edmonton jersey, and that's when things go south fast.

Running up the Scoreboard
Vancouver would go on to down Edmonton 8-1, with four goals coming from Brock Boeser. It was definitely not the season opener the Oilers were hoping for. The two teams will go at it again on Saturday night, this time in Edmonton.
Will the Vancouver Canucks make the playoffs this season?
