Hated Defenseman Hits the Trade Block Yet Again

This hated defenseman is rumoured to be on the trade block again, for the fourth time in his young career.

The Carolina Hurricanes will be getting another defenseman back on their blueine in the coming days, as Brett Pesce returns from injury. This has resulted in rumours that they will move a defenseman, as they have too many bodies on the back end.

On Saturday night, Elliotte Friedman confirmed that the Hurricanes are looking at moving Tony DeAngelo to make room.

DeAngelo already has a controversial past, and now could be moved from yet another team. DeAngelo spent the last year with the Flyers before returning to Carolina on a 1 year deal.

He has recorded 6 assists in 12 games this season with a meagre -7 while averaging 16:21 of ice time.
