The Anaheim Ducks took to social media to share their displeasure with the officiating in yesterday's game against the Panthers.
Anaheim Ducks Share Photo Directly Calling Out the Officiating in Yesterday's Game
During yesterday's Ducks-Panthers game, the Anaheim Ducks appeared to score the game-tying goal on a nice wraparound attempt. The play was extremely close and saw the Panthers' goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky kick the puck back out of the net as he sprawled across.
The Ducks thought they had a good goal, and took to twitter to call out the officiating in the matter.
Anaheim Head Coach Greg Cronin met with media after the game and toed the line of calling our the officiating, saying anyone can watch and form an opinion, and that he wasn't exactly sure what to say.

NHL Public Relations Responds On Social Media to the Dissalowed Goal
The NHL's Public Relations arm didn't take long to respond to the drama in a media post to their website, which was shared on social media. Their explanation for the call was that there was no conclusive evidence that the puck crossed the line, and therefore the call on the ice was upheld.
The review here shows just how important it is for Officials to get the call correct on the ice, as the burden of proof to overturn the call through video replay is extremely high.
