BREAKING: Top-15 Pick Hits the Waiver Wire

BREAKING the waiver wire has been released today and a former lottery pick player has been placed on waivers.

The Boston Bruins have placed defenseman Jakub Zboril on waivers today per Elliotte Friedman.

Zboril was drafted 13th overall in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft by the Bruins but has not turned out to be the defenseman that they were hoping.

In just 76 games in the NHL, Zboril has just 16 points during that span.

The Bruins passed up on guys like Joel Eriksson Ek and Brock Boeser.

The Bruins are helping Zboril find a new team. His time in Boston is likely over.
