Florida Panthers' Sam Bennett may be done for the season per reports

In breaking news this morning, it appears that Florida's Sam Bennet could be out for the remainder of the post-season with an injury.

The Florida Panthers are heavy favourites to come out of the East, however, they just suffered a major setback. New reports have surfaced that Sam Bennet could be out for a long period of time

This news comes after Bennett went off the ice with an apparent hand injury after taking a shot off the hand during game 2 of the Panthers Lightning series.

Bennett had a goal and an assist in the first 2 games of the post-season for the Panthers this year and has been a crucial component of the Panthers' post-season success. Last year, he had 15 points in 20 post-season games in the Panthers' long run to the cup finals. Losing him for an extended period of time would be a major blow to the Panthers' lineup.
