Boston Bruins' replacement for the legendary Jack Edwards revealed publicly
Jack Edwards is no longer the voice of the Boston Bruins on NESN network, as he has been replaced by Judd Sirott beginning next season.
The network, team and fans of the Bruins are in good hands with Judd Sirott, as he has a very good background in broadcasting, having been honored both in 2018 and 2023 for "best Sports Play-By-Play" by the Broadcasters Association of Massachusetts. Sirott was the voice fans heard when they tuned in to 98.5 The Sports Hub to listen in to a Bruins game over the last seven seasons, and now they will be able to watch him on NESN.
Sirott couldn't contain his excitement over his new position, as he made sure to thank the network for giving him this opportunity and was looking forward to being able to share this new experience with all of the fans of the Bruins.
Boston Bruins fans are going to have a tough time getting over Jack Edwards' memorable moments calling games over the years, as he has been involved in many special ones.
Edwards thanked everyone for all of the support they've given him over the years, and he is truly appreciative of every moment he was able to share with the city of Boston. He will definitely be missed by Bruins fans.
