Four teams were linked to the Vancouver Canucks star forward Brock Boeser, a week before the NHL trade deadline.

In January, Vancouver Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin decided to trade J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers after months of rumors suggesting a rift with Elias Pettersson.

Since then, many analysts have been questioning the organization's choice to part ways with Miller instead of Pettersson.

In eight games with the Rangers, Miller scored nine points, including five goals, whereas Pettersson tallied only two assists in seven games.

Even though the Canucks were able to count on the return of their captain, Quinn Hughes, last night and won 3-2 in overtime against their division rivals, the Los Angeles Kings, the team will need to make a big push to remain in the playoff picture, as they're only one point away from losing the second wild-card spot in the Western Conference to the Calgary Flames.

Now, the team must consider making other moves before the deadline to make sure they can clinch their playoff ticket.

Surprisingly, they could be looking to part ways with Brock Boeser.

While Boeser has been a member of the Canucks for the past 10 years, his departure from Vancouver appears inevitable.

Set to become a free agent at the end of the season, Boeser, 28, could get traded by the Canucks if management feels they won't be able to sign him before the deadline in eight days.

In a new report from Daily Faceoff, four teams were linked to the veteran forward.

Unsurprisingly, these four teams are all playoff contenders. We're talking about the Los Angeles Kings, Vegas Golden Knights, New Jersey Devils, and Colorado Avalanche.

All these organizations have what it takes to complete a trade and are looking to bolster their offensive depth ahead of the playoffs.

Boeser could be a game-changing addition to their roster and give them even bigger odds of winning in the post-season tournament.

This season, Boeser has scored 35 points, including 18 goals, in 51 games. He's in the final year of his $6,650,000 AAV contract signed in 2022.
