The NHL's Department of Player Safety announced a 3-game suspension for New York Rangers D K'Andre Miller for spitting in L.A. Kings D Drew Doughty's face.

The incident happened in Sunday's game between the two sides, and Miller was ejected basically on impact. The 3-game suspension upholds a precedent set in 2019 when now-Boston Bruin Garnet Hathaway spit on Erik Gudbranson.

The incident:

Personally, spitting in another man's face should equal at least 5 games with the possibility for added games. That is just a total scumbag move.
