One Chicago Blackhawks prospect's chances of ever playing in the NHL have practically disappeared.
Refusing to Sign
Artur Kayumov, who was drafted 50th overall by Chicago in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, has decided not to sign with the team.
Kayumov signed a one year extension with the KHL's Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, whom he's been playing with since 2017.

The 25 year old has 57 goals and 66 assists in 282 games with the team.
