Its not everyday that an analyst will apologize for a mistake they made but today is just the day that would happen.

NHL Analyst Makes a Public Apology for Making a Big Mistake

TSN's Craig Button has been unveiling the NHL's top 50 under 24 list and made a mistake that has seen him receive a ton of hate online.

The mistake that he made was not including the Montreal Canadiens' Kaiden Guhle in the list, since this Button released the following post on social media.

Guhle has been a really good defenseman for the Canadiens especially this season as in 15 games played Guhle has seven points with a plus-seven rating.

Him not being included in the list as a 21 year old defenseman thats already playing in the top four was seen as criminal to the eyes of many.

The Rest of the Players Choosing over Guhle

With the respect to the other fantastic players on the list, however many of these players have yet to step foot in the NHL, yet alone making a decent impact on the NHL already.

Players like Jagger Firkus, Dmitry Simashev, Tom Wallinder are just three of the names that are still in either NCAA or in their juniors teams that are ranked on this list.

Many of these players deserve to be on this list but there is a surplus of talent that will be taking over the NHL in the next couple years. The NHL is going to be getting even better when many of these names become household.
