In those 16 games, the 34-year old has tallied just five assists, and with injuries piling up for Minnesota, it's safe to say things are not looking good.
Spurgeon may not be a star, but he's a solid captain for Minnesota, and now, without his leadership and a massive deficit in the Western Conference playoff race, they are set to shockingly miss the playoffs, something no one expected when the year began.
