It was a snow fest at last night's Buffalo Bills football game, and one fan took it the extra mile by trying to block the opposing team's field goal with a snowball.

A Buffalo Bills fan seemed to take advantage of the snowy weather during Sunday night's game, as one appeared to throw a snowball from the stands in an attempt to disrupt a San Francisco 49ers field goal.

The scene played out with 49ers kicker Jake Moody lining up for a 33-yard attempt in the first quarter at snowy Highmark Stadium in western New York.

As the ball sailed through the uprights, a snowball came flying by, close enough to have been a factor but never affecting the kick.

A Moody's field goal gave San Francisco an early lead, but the Bills Mafia found another way to lean into the wintry conditions.

Later in the game, after running back Ray Davis' go-ahead touchdown, fans celebrated by launching snowballs into the air, turning the snowy scene into a spirited display of support.

Buffalo Bills fans are are built different. They smash tables on fire, drink out of bowling balls, slide down massive handmade snow chutes at Highmark Stadium, and are also well-known for their die-hard loyalty and intense pre-game tailgaiting.

Frigid temperatures and heavy lake-effect snow in Orchard Park over the weekend made the Bills call on fans for help shoveling the stadium, offering $20 an hour, food, and hot drinks to clear the way for the prime-time clash.

Ultimately, the Bills, led by newly engaged quarterback and MVP favorite Josh Allen, dominated the Niners with a convincing 35-10 victory.
