Taylor Hall Out out for the Season
The Chicago Blackhawks announced on Friday that veteran forward Taylor Hall would be undergoing surgery on his right knee, effectively putting him out for the season. The 2010 first overall pick has had 4 points through 10 games this season. Hall is an important part of the Blackhawks locker room, and his teammates will surely miss him. Rookie phenom Connor Bedard shared his thoughts on the injury in a recent interview.

One of the big reasons that Taylor Hall was brought in initially was to help mentor fellow first overall selection Connor Bedard, so the organization is obviously disappointed with the injury.
